Don Draheim

Don R. Draheim, 80 of Johnson Creek, passed away on Sunday, July 21, 2019 at his home.

Don was born on April 23, 1939 in Hilbert, WI the son of Rex and Leona (Kasper) Draheim. He married his wife Jo-Ann Barcelona on June 30, 1967 in Watertown and the couple enjoyed 52 years of marriage. He spent most of his life farming on his beloved farm in Johnson Creek. After retiring Don and his wife started making pet supplies for local craft shows, he specifically asked his wife to teach him how to sew in order to help her out more making the crafts. Don was known around town for wearing his favorite comfortable clothes- leg warmers with shorts. Above all, Don enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.

Don is survived by his wife Jo-Ann, son Bradd (Christine) Draheim of Madison, daughter Kristi (Robb Cunningham) Draheim of Jefferson; 3 granddaughters: Kristina, Amanda, and Jesika; 2 great-grandchildren: Zivia and Zaiden and his sister Sharon (Herbert) Harwood of Johnson Creek. He is also survived by a number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Don is preceded in death by his parents.

A friends and family gathering will be held from 10:30am to 12:00pm on Sunday, August 4, 2019 at Ebenezer Moravian Church.
