Timothy "Chip" Phipps

Timothy D. “Chip” Phipps, 63, of Watertown, WI passed away on Saturday, December 1, 2018 at UW Hospital in Madison.

Chip was born on August 28, 1955 in Boone, IA the son of Richard and Beatrice (Sego) Phipps. God blessed Chip with 3 children. He was an avid outdoorsman. He was happiest out in nature and loved to hunt and fish. When Chip wasn’t outside, you could find him shooting pool and hanging out at the bar. He will be missed by his family.

Chip is survived by: his three children, and nine grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his parents and grandparents.

A private family service will be held at a later date to honor Chip’s life.
