Kevin A. Ryan

Kevin A. Ryan, 51, of Watertown, passed away on Thursday, November 20, 2025.

Kevin was born on November 6, 1974, in Milwaukee, the son of Terence and Susan (Tischaefer) Ryan. He worked in I.T. Security with National General Insurance for many years. He married the love of his life Kim Vento on February 2, 2008, and the couple enjoyed 17 years of marriage. Kevin was a proud Eagle Scout, a member of Izaak Walton League in Watertown, and enjoyed hunting, woodworking, and attending sporting events for Madison. He also enjoyed going to rummage sales and thrifting with Molly. Kevin also loved it when his grandson Bennett would call him El Padre. Above all, he found joy spending time with his family and friends.

Kevin is survived by his wife Kim, children Molly Ryan and Madison Holder, grandson Bennett Quinn, mother Susan Ryan, mother-in-law Patricia Vento, siblings Amy Keller, Scott Ryan, nieces and nephews Shelby (Tom) Milner, Kyle Ryan, Meghan Ryan, and Alec Ryan, and his brothers-in-law Chuck (Rachel) Vento, Tony (Beth) Vento, Nick (Kelly) Vento, and Jim (Kristen) Vento. He is also survived by other nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends. He is preceded in death by his father.

A memorial service will be held at 7:00pm on Wednesday, November 26, 2025, at the Schmutzler-Vick Funeral Home in Watertown, with Rev. Ray Bezanson presiding. Visitation will take place at the funeral home from 4:00pm until the time of service.
