Jean C. Mucks 76, of Watertown passed away on Saturday February 25, 2017 at Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital.
Jean was born on Feb. 19, 1941 in Minnesota the daughter of Donald & Virginia (Hull) Messerschmidt Sr. She married David J. Mucks on Aug. 25, 1963 in Johnson Creek. Jean loved holding her pride and joy Sara (her cat). She enjoyed helping others and in her free time she enjoyed cooking and reading.
Survivors include: son Jeffery Mucks of Beaver Dam; daughter Susan Miller of Aurora, IL; grandchildren Jeremy Gibbons, Thomas Petska and Ashley Guyer; great grandchildren Haylee, Landon & Jayden; brothers Donald (Sandra) Messerschmidt Jr. of Watertown and Dale Messerschmidt of Fort Meyers, FL; brother-in-laws Richard (Nancy) Mucks of Pickett and Lee Spannuth of Alva, FL; she is also survived by a number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband David and sister Donna.
A private family service will be held at a later date.
