Isabelle Manske, 90 of Johnson Creek, WI, died on Sunday, December 11, 2016 at Rainbow Hospice Inpatient Center of Johnson Creek.
Isabelle was born on September 23, 1926 at home in Jefferson, WI the daughter of Fred & Mary (Melcher) Weber. On January 12, 1946, she married Gilbert Manske in Jefferson, WI and the couple enjoyed 31 years of marriage until his death in 1977. Isabelle was a long-time attender of St. Henry Catholic Church of Watertown. She loved living in the country and took pride in her garden and enjoyed just sitting outside. She loved visiting with people and was always thrilled when a neighbor would stop in just to visit. Isabelle had a great sense of humor, a quick wit, and a sharp mind - even to the end. She was an outstanding cook and made sure her visitors were well fed. Isabelle's infectious spirit will be greatly missed.
She is survived by: Her Daughter Mary Mueller of Watertown; Grandchildren Kurt (Linda) Mueller of Watertown, Kory Mueller of Watertown, and Michelle (Paul) Helmken of Prescott, AZ; 5 Great-Grandchildren Kasandra Daevel, Meghan Mueller, Britany Mueller, Sam Helmken, and Ben Helmken; 2 Great, Great-Grandchildren Isaac and Amari Daevel. Isabelle is also survived by a number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
She is preceded in death by: her parents, husband, Special Friend Carl Schutt, Brothers Norbert and Ernest, and Sister Viola Grunewald.
Memorials to Rainbow Hospice would be appreciated.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00AM on Thursday, December 15, 2016 at Pederson-Nowatka Funeral Home of Watertown with Fr. Alex Carmel presiding. Visitation will be on Thursday from 9:00AM until the time of service at the funeral home. Burial will be at Oak Hill Cemetery following the service.
