Herbert D. Zoellick 82, of Watertown passed away on Friday September 15, 2017 at Rainbow Hospice Center in Johnson Creek.
Herb was born on November 20, 1934 in Watertown the son of William and Viola (Eggert) Zoellick. He was a graduate of Watertown High School. He served his country in the US Army and was a life member of the Watertown V.F.W and the AMVETS. Herb married Patricia Giersbach on December 2005 at St. Mark's. Herb was a mechanic by trade and owned the Phillip's Gas station in Watertown. Later, he worked at Kennedy's and also owned and operated Black Forest Steak House. At one point in his life, Herb served as governor of the Watertown Moose Lodge. Above all Herb loved his family and will be dearly missed.
Survivors include: wife Patricia of Watertown; 7 Children Dale (Renee) Zoellick of Geenville, Craig (Jenny) Zoellick of Watertown, Karla (Rhonda) Nagle of Altamont, IL, Cristine (Daniel) Crum of Superior, WI, Billy Behr of Watertown, Mike (Bev) Schilling of Watertown and Cindy (Paul) Scoles of Peoria, Il; 19 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; 5 brothers Charlie (Dot), William (Jane), Harvey (Alayne), Richard (Darlene) and Larry (Jodine) all of Watertown; Beloved dog Lov-it. He is preceded in death by his parents, son Jeffery, brothers Victor and Howard, sisters Pearl and Barbara.
Funeral Service will be held 1:00 PM on Thursday Sept. 21, 2017 at St. Mark's Lutheran Church with Rev. Peter Wells presiding. Visitation will be held at the church on Thursday from 11:00am until the time of service.
