Gerald "Jerry" Schultz

Gerald L. Schultz, 86, of Watertown passed away on Monday, March 12, 2018.

Jerry was born on December 9, 1931 in Watertown, WI the son of Clarence and Lucille (Rabbach) Schultz. He was raised by Delma (Rabbach) Schultz after his mother passed away soon after his birth.   He grew up in town and graduated from Watertown High School. Jerry worked as a painter at Lindberg in Watertown for many years. He was a lifelong, active member of Ebenezer Moravian Church.  He married Carol Wiedenhoeft on June 11, 1955 at Ebenezer Moravian and the two enjoyed 62 years of marriage together and were blessed with 2 loving sons, Mark and Paul. Jerry enjoyed spending time with his family. Whether it was camping, bird watching or enjoying a Packer game, he was happiest spending time with those he loved. He especially enjoyed his grandchildren and great-grandchildren in his later years. Jerry was a good man and will be dearly missed.

Jerry is survived by: his loving wife Carol; 2 sons, Mark (Connie) and Paul Schultz; 5 Grandchildren, Jason (Stephanie), Kimberly, Paul Jr., Stephanie, and Amanda; and 2 Great-grandchildren, Lucy and Chase.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and his step-mother, Delma.

Memorials in Jerry’s honor may be made to Ebenezer Moravian Church.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00AM on Wednesday, March 14, 2018 at Ebenezer Moravian Church with the Rev. Katie VanderLinden presiding. Visitation will be held from 9:00AM until the time of service at the church. Interment will follow the service at Ebenezer Moravian Cemetery.
