Dorothy O. Korth, 96 of Waterloo, went to be with her Heavenly Savior on Wednesday, December 09, 2015.
Dorothy was born on March 20, 1919 in Deansville, WI the daughter of William and Anna (Scheel) Kodwitz. She was baptized on April 20, 1919 and confirmed September 29, 1932 at St. Paul's Lutheran Church of Marshall. She married Herbert Korth on April 20, 1938 at St. Paul's and the couple enjoyed 65 years of marriage until Herbert's death in 2003. She was a devote member of St. John's Lutheran Church of Waterloo. Dorothy was a homemaker on the family farm for many years and worked for Van Holton's Pickle Factory for 26 years. She will missed by many.
She is survived by: her Sister Wilma Schmidt of Lake Mills and a number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
She is preceded in death by her parents and husband.
Memorials in Dorothy's honor to St. John's Lutheran Church of Waterloo would be appreciated.
A grave side service will be at 11:00AM on Friday, December 11, 2015 at Washington Cemetery with Rev. Thomas Wilsmann presiding.
