Donna Kitelinger

Donna M. Kitelinger, 72 of Waterloo, died Wednesday, July 9, 2014 at St. Maryé�a�a��s Hospital of Madison.
Donna Mae Kitelinger was born on August 25, 1941 in Platteville, WI, the daughter of Harold and Viola (Rennison) Morris. She is a 1960 graduate of Platteville High School and lived there until she married Francis Kitelinger on October 14, 1960. The couple lived in Waterloo for the majority of their married life of 54 years. Donna loved traveling, play cards, fishing with her husband and spending time at the family cabin in Prairie du Chien. Donna was a devoted mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She was instrumental in raising the many children she babysat and took great pleasure in giving loving-care to those children. Above all else, she loved spending time with her family and many friends.
She is survived by: her husband Francis; Children Susan (Gary) Korth of Marshall, Sharon (George) Trentz of Platteville, Tom (Tera Bertram) Kitelinger of Waterloo; grandchildren Shawn (Alicia Santeramo) Korth, Michael Trentz; great-grandson Kellen Korth; other loved ones Robyn, Stacie, Hunter Schultz; brothers Ronnie (Monica) Morris and Joe Morris both of Cuba City; sisters Katie (Carl) Hall and Cindy Van Natta both of Platteville. Donna is also survived by a number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Donna is preceded in death by her parents, and sisters Beverly and Kathleen.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family.
The family would like to express a special thanks to Dr. Couser and the MICU staff at St. Maryé�a�a��s for the superb care given.
A memorial service will be Saturday, July 19, 2014 at 1:00PM at Pederson-Nowatka Funeral Home of Waterloo with the Rev. David Phillips presiding. A visitation will be Saturday from 11:00AM until the time of service at the funeral home. Burial will be at Hillside Cemetery of Lancaster at a later date.
