Donna J. Heiman

May 9, 1938 — December 6, 2025

Marshall

Donna Heiman, age 87, of Marshall, Wisconsin, passed away peacefully on Saturday, December 6, 2025, at Sienna Crest in Marshall with family by her side. She was born on May 9, 1938, in the Town of Deerfield, Wisconsin, the daughter of Clarence and Evelyn (Schlueter) Grossman. She graduated from Marshall High School in 1956. Donna married her high school sweetheart, Harvey Heiman, on June 30, 1956, over 69 years ago.

Donna adored those she is survived by, which includes husband Harvey; son, Jeff (Sheila) Heiman, daughter, Cathy (Doug) Millin, and son, Joe (Lynn) Heiman; grandchildren, Bethany (Jon) Krull, Lucas Millin, Craig (Natalie) Heiman, Shane Millin, Megan Millin, Kaley (Chris) Mayer, McKindi (Michael) Aumann, and Cameron Heiman (significant other Hunter); great-grandchildren, Keegan and Karson Krull, Asher and Lincoln Millin, and Hadley and Hazel Heiman; sisters, Karen (Layne) Herried and Bonnie (Tom) Murphy; sisters in law, Leone Grossman, Mary Grossman, and Trudy Grossman; niece, Pam Schwark; family friend, Mike Nuelk, and other nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Donna was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Charles, Loren, Roger, and Dale Grossman; sisters, Carolyn Grossman, Marlene (Gerald) Weikert, Sharron (Melvin) Heiman; and sister-in-law Wilma (Bruce) Corbitt.

For 42 years, Donna worked by her husband’s side in their family business known as Harvey’s Citgo and then Harvey’s Auto Service in Marshall. Donna attended almost every single event of her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, who lovingly call her Grandma Donna, and being at these events warmed her heart with love and pride. Donna was a huge fan of the Brewers, Badgers, and Packers. She enjoyed visiting with family and friends, whether simply chatting, or playing cards and games. Donna was a life-long member of St. Paul Ev. Lutheran Church in Marshall. It was faith in her Savior that comforted her the most, especially during the past few years, knowing she had to leave behind those she loved dearly, but also believed in a sweet reunion in Heaven one day.

Donna very much appreciated every phone call, card, and visit. Thank you to the entire Commonheart Hospice Team, too numerous to mention, but especially Stephanie, Denise, and Julie for their loving care. Thank you to Karen and Pam for their caregiving. Thank you to Pastor Meyer for visits and prayers of comfort. Thank you to those who provided friendship and care at Sienna Crest. On a final note, Donna wanted to express her thanks one more time to all who cared for her and Harvey in numerous ways, so they could remain together in their home, and was eager to add a message to all: til we meet again!

Her funeral service will be held on Friday, December 12, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. at St. Paul Ev. Lutheran Church, 216 Deerfield Road, Marshall, WI, with Pastor Andrew Meyer officiating. Burial will be held at Medina Cemetery in Marshall, WI following the service. A visitation will be held at the church from 9:30 a.m. until time of the service.
