Constance A. Kelly, 62 of Fort Atkinson, passed away on Thursday, March 31, 2016 at her home.
Connie was born on November 27, 1953. She grew up and spent many great years at Bethesda Lutheran Communities and later moved to a group home in Fort Atkinson in 2007. She loved animals and often enjoyed activities with her loving host family. Together, they did things such as camping, traveling, and going out to dinner. Connie knew Christ as her Lord and Savior and is now with Him in Glory. She will be missed by all who knew her.
Connie is survived by her: host family, many friends, and caregivers.
She is preceded in death by her parents.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
