Bobby A. Elgin, 31, of Watertown passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, July 25, 2020 at his home.
Bobby was born on May 5, 1989 in Louisiana, the son of Lee and Jaqueline (Campbell) Elgin. Bobby was well known by the name Loui Tattooi AKA Bobby Elgin; he was an extremely talented tattoo artist, he loved art and proudly displayed his art through his tattoo work. He was also a very talented musician being a singer, songwriter, and producer. Bobby was a very likeable person; he always knew how to make people happy, he was loved by so many. In his free time he enjoyed going out to eat, gaming, riding his bike, and watching/playing sport. Above all he enjoyed spending time hanging and chatting with his friends, being a wonderful uncle, and loving brother. He will be dearly missed by all.
Bobby is survived by his brothers Christopher Lee (Janelle Gard) Elgin, Michael Elgin, and step brother Lee Greathouse. Best friends Christopher Wolf AKA Polo Chris and Kevin AKA Moe Gualla, foster mom Maggie, and many loved ones in Georgia. He is also survived by a number of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
A celebration of life for Bobby will be held at a later date.
