Beatrice A. Holzhueter, 87 of Waterloo, passed away on Tuesday, December 13, 2016 at Ingleside Manor of Mount Horeb surrounded by her family.
Bea was born March 5, 1929 at home in Waterloo, WI the daughter of Frederick and Frieda (Kohn) Balmer. She completed Columbia County Normal School and received a teaching degree. On July 19, 1952, Bea married Arthur Holzhueter at St. John's Lutheran Church of Waterloo. Bea and Art were married for 22 years until his death in 1975. She enjoyed gardening, loved flowers and enjoyed traveling later in life. Bea's children and grandchildren were her pride and joy. She never missed a program or game. Bea was a beautiful lady who was dearly loved by all who knew her and will be missed.
She is survived by: her Children David of Madison, Debra (Jeffrey) Halverson of Deerfield, Dennis of Waterloo, Diane (Robert) Farnsworth of Mt.
