Athena Angela Arteaga-Flores

Athena Angela Arteaga-Flores, of Watertown, was born Saturday, July 4, 2026 at 6:45pm and entered eternal life surrounded by the love of her parents and family shortly after her birth that same day.

Athena was the beloved daughter of Angel and Alondra (Flores) Arteaga. She filled everyone’s hearts with so much love as the days and excitement to be with her went on; she was the sweetest, strongest little angel treasured and deeply loved by those around her.

Athena is survived by: her loving parents Alondra and Angel; paternal grandparents Michelle and Noel Arteaga; maternal grandparents M. Dolores and Isidro Flores. Athena is also survived by her aunts, uncles and a number of other relatives.

A Funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM on Friday, July 17, 2026, at the Pederson-Nowatka Funeral Home of Watertown with Fr. Milot Frederique presiding. Visitation will be held from 11:00 AM until the time of service at the funeral home. Athena will be laid to rest at St. Bernard’s Catholic Cemetery of Watertown following the service.

We would love to remember Athena with full hearts as she was the best baby girl ever. If you would like to wear light colors(whites, pinks, pastels) that will help us all remember her with love.
