Alice K. Woolever

Alice K. Woolever, 84 of Waterloo, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, September 22, 2026.

Alice was born on February 19, 1942, in Madison. The daughter of Kenneth and Leona (Bradley) Coughlin. She was married to Dale Woolever for 25 years. Alice spent 30 years of her career at WPS of Madison, in the accounting department where she worked until retirement in 2012.

Following retirement, Alice used her free time to spend time with her friends, traveling and savoring each new day. What brought Alice the most joy and happiness was her family; she supported them and treasured time spent together.

Alice is survived by: her children Katheryn (John) Woolever Stiyer, Lisa (Chuck) Woolever Dutil and Keith (Lisa) Woolever; loving grandchildren Mackenzi and Anna Stiyer, Sean Stiyer, Alyssa Dutil, Ryan and Bridgett Dutil, Zack and Jess Woolever, and Miranda and Rob Gusda; and 4 great-grandchildren.

Alice is preceded in death by her parents and two brothers Charles and William “Bill” Coughlin.

Per Alice’s wishes, no formal services will be held. The family appreciates the thoughts and condolences of friends and neighbors as they remember her life and legacy.
